Automotive Sales Manager
West Coast Ford Lincoln, a division of the West Coast Auto Group, is seeking a full time permanent Sales Manager.

We moved into our massive state of the art facility in 2009 and feature one of the best showrooms in Metro Vancouver. We have a large new and used vehicle inventory and are consistently one of the top performing retail Ford and Lincoln dealerships in British Columbia.

Aside from being HIGHLY MOTIVATED and the STRONGEST of TEAM PLAYERS the successful candidate would have the following attributes:

A proven track record of top performance in automotive sales and sales management combined with excellent customer satisfaction

Experienced with and able to motivate and coach team members with a positive attitude

Impeccable attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork correctly the first time

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stay extremely organized

Experience with vehicle leases
