Mission

The West Coast Auto Group will provide quality sales and service and continuing service for the products of the transportation companies we represent. Our mission is to sell and service these products in a professional manner that is consistent with our customers’ needs, ensures their complete satisfaction with their purchase, develops their loyalty to our products and provides a reasonable return on invested capital for our endeavors.

Values

How we accomplish the mission is as important as the mission itself. Fundamental to the success of this business are these basic values:

People
Our people are the source of our strength. They provide our intelligence and determine our community reputation and vitality. Involvement and teamwork are our core human values.
Products
We are proud of the products we represent. Every effort is made to reflect that pride in our contacts with customers - both before and after a sale. As our products are viewed, so are we viewed.
Service
We expect our products to perform the function for which they were intended. Our after-sale relationship with our customer(s) is as important as the initial sale to our continuing prosperity.
Profits
Profits are the ultimate measure of how efficiently we provide our customers with the best product, service and value for their needs. Profits are required to reward our employees and continue to grow and serve our community.
