I recently experienced some rather strange problems with the keyless entry system that had been installed in early May in my 2000 Camry. These began on June 18th.
I phoned West Coast Detail and got an appointment for the next day, took the car in and the problems were corrected. This is a fax to express my appreciation and gratitude to those involved in the matter.
First of all, the staff member in the reception area, although fielding continuous phone calls and on one occasion a surly, unreasonable customer at the counter, "kept his cool" and remained helpful and good-humoured throughout. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.
The corrective actions involved Mark and Paul (I believe this was the name on his coveralls) and their courteous attitude in spite of obviously being quite busy, was most impressive. All three are a credit to your organization and an example of customer service at its best.
